We pride ourselves on retaining our professionally trained and highly skilled long-term caregiving team, to ensure your loved ones receive consistent, expert care in a safe and comfortable environment.
We are licensed for 16 residents and everyone who lives in our community has a diagnosis for some type of memory loss. Residents can move in with the very early stages of memory loss and stay through the end of their life.

With care being overseen by skilled and compassionate managers, you can be assured that the needs of your loved one will be matched with professional and experienced solutions. We are family owned, and we know the importance family holds for you.
Other Services
Sherwood Pines works with many outside providers in order to bring the best possible care to your loved one. We collaborate with Home Based Primary Care, Home Health, and Hospice services when needed. This ensures that we are able to provide services for your loved one with a focus on comfort and quality of life through the final stages of dementia.

These services do have a charge by the provider.
