We are the only locally owned and operated Memory Care Community in the Fern Ridge Area. We offer full-time care for persons with memory loss.

We provide a personalized and needs focused care plan unique to each person to promote each resident’s health. Our small facility allows our caregivers to become familiar with each resident on a personal level.

We pride ourselves on retaining our professionally trained and highly skilled long-term caregiving team, to ensure your loved ones receive consistent, expert care in a safe and comfortable environment.

We are licensed for 16 residents and everyone who lives in our community has a diagnosis for some type of memory loss. Residents can move in with the very early stages of memory loss and stay through the end of their life.

We strive to create a warm, comfortable, clean living environment with delicious, well-balanced and home cooked meals. We also offer a variety of recreational activities and exercise regimens. With care being overseen by skilled and compassionate managers, you can be assured that the needs of your loved one will be matched with professional and experienced solutions. We are family owned, and we know the importance family holds for you.
Other Services
Sherwood Pines works with many outside providers in order to bring the best possible care to your loved one. We collaborate with Home Based Primary Care, Home Health, and Hospice services when needed. This ensures that we are able to provide services for your loved one with a focus on comfort and quality of life through the final stages of dementia.
We also offer additional services to simplify care needs for our residents:

  • In-house x-rays
  • Ultrasounds
  • Hairstylist
  • Outings and Transportation

These services do have a charge by the provider.

We offer personalized support encouraging and preserving independence. Our small facility allows our staff to know the personalities of our residents and to anticipate their needs and to respond appropriately, respecting individuality, whether that be a listening ear, a warm smile, or a helping hand.
