About Sherwood Pines
Sherwood Pines Residential Care Facility has been in continual operation since 2000. In 2010, the Facility underwent significant upgrades and renovations to receive a memory care endorsement. We are the only locally owned and operated Memory Care Community in the Fern Ridge Area, offering 24-hour care for people with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia.
Our mission is to serve our residents with personalized care focusing on encouraging and maintaining independence in a family like atmosphere.
Experienced RNs
The current owner and staff have over 40+ years of combined nursing experience ranging from emergency room, home health, hospice, residential care, and memory care. This depth of experience provides invaluable support to the care team and residents.
Breadth of Experience
In addition to the depth of nursing experience, the current ownership has graduate degrees in Public Administration with experience in management consulting, finance, policy, rules and regulations, data integration and reporting. This breadth of experience allows the Facility to remain compliant with the rules and regulations and ensure the safety and security of its residents.
Activities of Daily Living
In addition to our warm, friendly home and family atmosphere we take pride in providing excellent care for our residents. We offer home cooked meals and snacks, assistance with all activities of daily living, and medication administration.
